Melanie Benson Strick has coupled her corporate experience in project management with her love for coaching to become the answer for coaches looking to take their practices to another level. She is the founder of Success Connections, an innovative company committed to transforming the lives of overwhelmed, burned out entrepreneurs. Success Connections teaches entrepreneurs how to leverage their efforts, through supportive systems and teams, to achieve greater financial success while at the same time creating more leisure time.

Melanie is co-creator of the ULTIMATE Success Generator, Virtual Team Building Secrets, co-author of Visionary Women Inspiring the World: 12 Paths to Personal Power and contributing author to Entrepreneurial Spirits.

She is past-president of the International Coach Federation (“ICF”) Los Angeles chapter and founding past-director of the Shared Vision Network Los Angeles. She is also past Co-Chair of the ICF Small Business Coaching Task Force, with a charter to promote the value of coaching to small business owners world-wide. She is a graduate of Coach U.

Melanie worked for a decade in the Communications Division of Motorola, Inc., a Fortune 500 company.  Her career progressed from being a business analyst to a Quality Systems Manager. She won two awards for innovation in Motorola’s Total Customer Satisfaction program; spent three years managing multi-million dollar projects for state and local government dispatch centers; and traveled the country training teams how to meet the needs of customers.

Melanie holds a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.
